Membership Criteria

To be eligible and/or remain eligible for the 2023-2024 school year, members of the Scorpion NJHS chapter are expected to meet the following standards: 

• Attend and participate in NJHS meetings at least 80% of the time.  
• Complete 10 hours of community service   
  • TBD # of these hours must be served at KMS. 
  • In general, WEB hours do NOT count as service hours. 
• Mandatory participation in chapter events.  
• Demonstrate leadership, good citizenship and character at Kyrene Middle School and in the community.
• Abide by the Scorpion Chapter By-Laws.
• Maintain a GPA of at least 3.50.
