Jennifer Frederick, Assistant Principal, 8th Grade Administrator

Ms. Frederick is excited to join the KMS family! Over the past 6 years she has worked for the Kyrene School District serving first as the Middle School ELA and Social Studies Coordinator and then as the K-8 Assessment and Student Outcomes Coordinator. She began her career in the classroom teaching middle school social studies, ELA intervention, and English language development in the Madison and Alhambra School Districts.

She originally hails from Oregon, earning her bachelor’s in History and Latin American Studies from the University of Oregon. She also received two master’s degrees from Arizona State University, in Secondary Education and Educational Administration and Leadership. Outside of school, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her energetic 2-year-old son and their Labrador retriever.
